2021 Geoff Weaver Riesling– Tightly structured yet aromatically-lifted wine but with a supple mid-palate and a fine, crisp finish.
2023 Geoff Weaver Riesling – Generous and juicy flavour with a crisp acid edge to the palate. Fine mid palate and a savoury finish. Delicate and lingering.
2023 Geoff Weaver Sauvignon Blanc – Lively, tightly structured wine but with a generous, supple mid palate and a fine, long finish. Really zingy acid edge to balance the wine and give a long savoury finish
2022 Geoff Weaver Chardonnay – A wine of finesse and lovely depth of flavour. Although tight and restrained in its youth it will slowly build in complexity and richness. The emphasis is on primary, fruit derived flavours. Stelvin will ensure the wine remains fresh and lively for many years.
2015 Geoff Weaver Chardonnay – Chilled grapes were whole-bunch pressed, settled and wild-fermented in French oak (50% new), matured on lees for 12 months, 50% undergoing mlf. A smoky/toasty edge to the white peach of the bouquet gives scant warning of the drive of the palate. Here grapefruit juice and zest take hold with a grip in the ‘stop, stop I love it’ genre. Impressive wine. 95 points. James Halliday.
2021 Geoff Weaver Pinot Noir – Ripe fruit, complex juicy and supple. Generously flavoured with a lingering, drying, savoury tannin on the finish.
